A week in… Torbay
One of this year’s week long expeditions is in the English Riviera from the Saturday 27th July to Sunday 4th August.
The Plan
The current plan is to take Endeavour round from Weymouth on the 27th and base her in Brixham harbours. Diving will be available from the Sunday through to the following Saturday. Endeavour will then return to Weymouth on Sunday 4th.
Diving & Snorkelling
There are a large number of dive sites within Endeavour’s reach, from the wrecks of the west of Lyme Bay, around Start Point and into Bigbury Bay.
We will also be doing some shore diving and snorkelling during the week.

Accommodation
We will be based on two campsites located between Paignton and Brixham, near the village of Stoke Gabriel.
The first of these is Higher Well Farm Holiday Park, this is about a mile from Stoke Gabriel and about 6 to 8 miles to Brixham and Torquay. Although this is has fewer facilties, its the budget option for the week.
The second site is Whitehill Country Park, located a mile or so back towards Paignton, this has more facilities for families, but is more expensive.
People have already started booking places, so if you are planning to come along get in there soon!
