If you’d like to continue your diver training with BSAC, there are established crossover points between different diving agencies.

Equivalent BSAC Qualifications

It’s important to note that you don’t need to formally crossover in order to dive with a BSAC club. As long as you’re appropriately trained for the conditions of the dive, you’ll always be welcome to join us. The crossover guide simply helps identify the most suitable BSAC grade that aligns with your current certification, should you wish to continue your training within the BSAC system.

Even if you choose not to crossover, BSAC offers a wide range of Skill Development Courses (SDCs)—many of which are unique or less commonly offered by other agencies. These include areas like boat handling, gas mixing, compressor operation, and more. You’re welcome to take part in any of these to broaden your diving knowledge and skills.
