The club owns a good range of scuba diving kit which members can use for training, or hire out for diving.

We maintain 12 aqualungs in a variety of sizes based on the indestructible Buddy commando BCD jacket and a mixture of Scubapro and Oceanic Regulators.

Novice members can use these for FREE for pool training. They can also be hired for open water training and general diving, although most people prefer to buy their own. We have a variety of cylinders in 7, 10, 12 and 15 litre sizes.

Our hire prices are well below commercial rates, but it makes sense to start getting your own kit together and it is much nicer to have your own anyway! (and there are plenty of experienced divers in the club who can give impartial advice and help novices to make good kit purchase choices).

Weights and belts – we have a good stock of various sizes and weights.

The club’s Bristol Compressor fills cylinders on Wednesday and Friday nights. We have a filter for clean air (for o2 clean / nitrox cylinders).
