Try Snorkel

This is an hour-long session that gives you a chance to have a go and see what you can do.

Everything is set at a pace that is right for the individual.

The session is a mixture of fun and games together with important basic equipment introduction and safety awareness.

We welcome individuals wanting to experience snorkelling, to families wanting to familiarise themselves with snorkelling before a holiday, right through to parties of scouts, sea scouts, guides and youth groups looking for an alternative activity.

Cost £5.00 per person

Equipment

If you haven’t got fins, mask or snorkel, you can borrow ours. Just let us know your feet size and we’ll bring the right fins.

Try Snorkel declaration and booking form – please download and fill out this form for each participant before coming for your try snorkel.

On completing the course each person will receive a try-snorkel pack including a certificate and sew-on badge.

If you enjoy the try-snorkel you can continue by becoming a member and working your way through our BSAC snorkelling courses.
