The Purpose of the meeting is to receive reports of the clubs activities during the past twelve months, to approve the financial accounts and to deal with any other business relevant to an A.G.M.
Following our AGM on Friday 11 November 2011 we now have a new committee, made up of the following people:
Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 11 November in the clubhouse. All members are encouraged to attend. There will be reports from current committee members, nominations/elections for committee positions for the coming year and a chance to ask questions.
